Ed Mathews: Rainy weather never seems to end

There just seems to be no end to the rain in our area. Even when the weather starts out clear and sunny, which isn't very often, sooner or later the rain moves in. Of course, compared to the deadly weather that has ravaged so many other states, these heavy rains do not seem too bad.
