Is your insurance company allowed to provide info or documents relating the person who claims your insurance?

I was at fault in a minor accident and got ticket for it. I know the other party who had claimed injury is claiming insurance with my insurance company. I would like to get information and documents related to the other party's claim (e.g what injury) so as to help my case in court. Is my insurance company allowed to disclose the info to me? I am getting my own lawyer and has nothing to do with my insurance co.
