Can a California small claims court judge order someone to abide by a contract?

I have to sue someone and I'm confident about my case. If possible, I'd prefer to sue in small claims rather than superior. The judgment will be under $7500 so that's in my favor, but I want the judge to order the defendant to leave an account that is rightfully mine.
