can I have a different federal and state tax allowances for two jobs?

Basically I have two jobs, one job is 5 days a week and another job is only Sundays. Right now i have 1 allowances for fed and 1 for state. Is it legal to have one job claiming 1 allowance for fed and 1 for state and the other job, 1 for fed and 0 for state, or do both jobs need to have the same
