Do I need to declare claims from unrelated policies on an insurance application?

I have a claim pending on one boat insurance policy and am about to renew a policy for a different boat. The renewal asks "Is there a Claim pending?" and "Provide details of previous claims and/or unrepaired damages." It seems to me this is asking only about the boat covered by this policy. Do I need to declare the claim related to the other boat not on this
