I am in Utah. I want to sue someone in FL. How do I do this through small claims court?

I stayed at a vacation home in Florida. The property management company refuses now to refund my deposit of $300. I want to sue them. I am in Utah and they are in Tampa Florida. Do I have to go through Utah small claims court or through Florida?
