If I claim my son in 2007 and his father claims him in 2008 will we both get the $300 stimulus payment?

Our agreement is I always claim my son the odd years and his father claims him the even year. I will get the $300 stimulus for him in May, but will he also get it when he fills out his 2008 taxes? Do I have to pay anything
