In pain management, which is better the SacroWedgy or the Dorn Method?

Many have claimed that the SacroWedgy is good for back pain management, especially for sciatica, while others also have claimed that the Dorn Method is good for back pain. Now, has anybody tried the two systems? Which is better? Why? My friend who is a diabetic is planning to buy one device, but he finds out that the Dorn Method device is 3 times as expensive as the SacroWedgy. But he wants to find out which system is better, not considering the cost. Could anybody explain please. Thank you
